BUYER (GUEST): The person whose name, address and contact details are provided during the reservation.

2. Subject of the Agreement

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the reservation order placed electronically by the BUYER for accommodation services at Nar Hotel Istanbul (Küçükayasofya, Fatih / Istanbul).

3. Service Details and Price

The type of accommodation (room type), check-in / check-out dates, number of nights and total price are stated on the reservation screen and in the confirmation e-mail. All applicable taxes are included in the prices. Payment is collected by credit/debit card through a secure payment infrastructure.

4. Payment and Security

Payment is processed via an SSL-protected secure payment page. Card details are not stored by the SELLER; payment is handled through the bank’s virtual POS infrastructure.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Exception

Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, accommodation services to be provided on a specific date or period are among the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for date-specific hotel reservations. Please see the “Cancellation & Refund Terms” page for cancellation and refund conditions.

6. Dispute Resolution

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are authorised within the monetary limits determined by the Ministry of Trade.
