Accommodation reservations made through Nar Hotel Istanbul are non-refundable and non-changeable, as they are date-specific services. Payment is final once the reservation is confirmed.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, accommodation services to be provided on a specific date fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. Therefore, confirmed reservations carry no right of withdrawal or refund.

No-Show

If the guest does not check in on the reservation date, the accommodation fee is not refunded.

Hotel-Initiated Cancellations

In the event of a mandatory cancellation caused by the hotel, the full amount paid is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.
